Useful information

Vehicle examination documents for court

Preparing materials, an informational letter, a specialist opinion, a court-appointed examination and a report review.

Case materials

  • Court name, case number and questions relating to the examination.
  • The ruling appointing the examination, if one has been appointed.
  • Documents on the vehicle, event, inspections and changes to the object.
  • Calculations, photographs, reports and appendices in their full available scope.
  • Information on the vehicle's location and availability for inspection.

Before court appointment

To prepare a motion, an informational letter on examination feasibility may be supplied by agreement: specialist details, questions, materials required, indicative time frame and cost. The letter contains no substantive examination result and does not replace a court ruling.

Types of deliverable

Contracted work concludes with a specialist opinion, report review or another document specified in the Invoice-Order. If appointed by a court, an expert report is prepared under the rules for the relevant proceedings. The service acceptance certificate and payment documents are provided in accordance with the order terms. The result format — paper and/or electronic — is agreed in advance.

Reviewing a calculation or report

A review considers source data, methodology, calculation items and the substantiation of conclusions. It does not replace a missing inspection or guarantee a repeat examination, admission of the document or a particular court decision.

Procedural rules

The court independently evaluates evidence and decides procedural issues. Other types of proceedings follow their respective rules. Submission arrangements must be checked against the requirements of the particular court.

Inquiry

Send vehicle documents and photographs

After review, the work format, cost, time frame and missing materials can be determined.
